I have tried a lot of diff things, including the body ecology diet (book avail in health stores) but the best thing I have tried is called 3 Lac at http://www.globalhealthtrax.org/25368. I am on the 20th day of this stuff and it is truely amazing. It rids the body of candida and restores gut balance. Until recently it was only avail in Japan. You can read more info about it on that website. GHT products can not be surpassed. I have tried everything in the health food store and nothing helped me til I got on the hydroxygen, minerals, vitamins and now the 3 Lac. Wow, it is amazing how much better these products have worked and that is NOT just hype. I post this because it will help people, that is my goal. If I can help even one person regain health I have made my day :).These products have been a blessing to a lot of people, with more finding out about them every day.
