New to this board, hello all

Katie, Yep, I have lower back pain around the same time of the month that I get my bad ovary pain. Funny, right now I have right side/lower back pain too. I find that caffeine makes all my pain worse, but particularly the lower back. Anyway, just to empathize with you - hope you are feeling better by now. -Lauren
