Try emailing the docs at the website below, they may be able to refer
you to someone in your area. Dr. Liu (on this website) is located in
Chattanooga, don't know how far that is from you. Anyway, email them
and they can refer you to someone.
Also, for the heavy periods/cramping, have you tried eliminating *ALL*
dairy products from your diet? This has helped many (no guarantee but it
really has helped many many women).
