bc pills as tx?From: TS (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed Jul 3 20:33:42 2002
I was just diagnosed with mild endmetriosis. I am 22. I want to have children later and my doctor has put me on a treatment plan of birth control pills where I skip the last week and start the first week of the next pack. She said the pills are low progesterone and I will only gain a little weight, but it will come off about 3 months after I start the pills. is this true? I also have always heard that skipping your period can mess things up and make it alot more difficult for you to get pregnant later on. Can you please confirm/and or straighten these facts out??
