Hi Barb: The pill affects everyone differently but, for me, lo-ovral made my face break out; ovcon was great for many years before I switched to one of the lowest bc pills available, Mircette. Read the following article, it addresses the the strength of various pills out on the market -- it shows lo-ovral to be lower in estrogen than ovcon.
