Deann,

My insurance would never cover the Lupron because of the cost, and I have been on it five times. BUT, my doctor(s) were all able to get samples of the shot for me, so I didn't have to pay for them. You need to call your doctor, and explain that your insurance doesn't seem to want to cover the shots, then tell her that you know that the Lupron company offers samples to the doctors offices. They also have a program for people who can't afford the shots, you can ask your doctor about that too.

While you are doing that, hopefully you can at least get a shot to get you started, then you can fight with your insurance. Its not fair for them not to cover our prescriptions, its not our fault they are so expensive! I hope you are able to get somewhere with everything.

If you need more help, you can email me anytime @ Mshickchic@hotmail.com

Take care, ~~Selisa~~
