I've been on Mircette for the last 6 months, and like it better than the other pills I've tried. No side effects after the first month (and that month, it was mostly a lot of breakthrough bleeding). It seems like you often need to try different ones, because the slight differences in the progestins used can really change the side effects. I went through 3 or 4 different kinds before this.
