It can I have read at the MSN health under endometriosis and many other endometriosis sites, but that does not mean it will, and no one in my family of three generations has had it become cancerous. Usually it causes benign tumors if even that. It is a possibility, but do not let it cause you to do unnecessary worrying. Getting stressed out about it will only hurt you more. Where two or more gather God is hearing and is near, and we have a lot of loving, supporting sisters here and we are all praying for each other. God Bless You with good health and to become stronger women for having this.
