I do not believe the endometriomas themselves become cancerous, but if you have had endo there is a higher likelihood of you getting cancer, for ex (if i am not making myself clear) if you have ovarian endo, there is a higher risk for ovarian cancer.

I'd like to hear from anyone re my question: I 've heard and read mixed reports on whether endometriomas transition into a cancerous mass. Has anyone had this happen or has anyone heard any really difinitive answers.?
