Actually, I am on synarel also but I haven't needed to get a refill yet so I don't know about the advailibility. I personally haven't been on Lupron, but I have had several annoying side effects of synarel. I am dead tired all the time and having annoying hot flashes....the only thing is that I haven't really noticed a difference since I began the med. The pain is still there on and off and absoulutly unbearable during my period.
