From my perspective, the fact that you have endo indicates a hormone imbalance. Using the cream should help get you back in balance and control the endo as well. Since progesterone is critical to conception and carrying of the fetus to term, it sure wouldn't hurt to try. If you do start the dream and you do conceive, stay on the cream through the second trimester to make sure your levels stay high enough. Good luck! BJ
