I had the same, but all day every day for years. Finally I stopped all my regular shopping at the supermarket and I don't eat any Genetically Modified Foods. Wheat is the worst becose it's in everything. Best still no more Indigestion/bloating/constipation and daily misery. Try organic Rye breads, stay away from wheat, although Organic wheat for some is OK too. Try and listen to your body. Best yet, I can promise you that you will stop Craving foods all the time, and loose weight.
