Doc said there was no endo, now what?

Hi Angels, Well, I had my lap 7 days ago now and all went well. I spoke with the doc for the frist time yesterday and was told he found no endo! He told me that I could still have the pain because the endo could be in the uterus or in the uterine lining. He also told me that some women feel improvement in their pain after the lap, even if nothing was found. Sounds like he is saying my pain is psychosomatic. The wierd part is that the pain I usually have was 20 fold after my lap. So now I'm thinking that maybe it's my bowel. Doesn't he need to move it to look around? The pain on my right side is really bad again now as I'm close to getting my period. He never did an ultrasound or anything, should I insist on that to see if something is in my uterus? What else could it be. I'm so frustrated now becasue I'm beginning to think it's in my head. I'm so emabarrased in front of my husband too. I was sure there would be endo, just like during the last three laps. Please let me know if anyone has experienced this . What do I do now? Tanja
