hi, saw your note below. glad to hear the nezhat in nyc helped you.

i was wondering if you would help give me the info behind your "barely anything at all! I have followed a very strict macrobiotic diet, vitamin therapy, acupunture/masasge and yoga following surgery"

such as what type of diet and so forth. i have been reading a lot about this and your experience would help me much. thanks
