Re: NATURAL progesterone

Dear BJ and All: BJ, I purchased the progesta cream today but I'm having second thoughts about it -- I noticed that the progesta cream contains evening primrose oil, vitamin E, as well as many other ingredients. My main concern is the evening primrose oil as I definitely flare if I take the capsule of evening primrose oil by mouth -- actually, vitamin E by mouth also flares me -- SOOOO I'm debating as to whether I should even try this particular formulation -- maybe I should look for a forumulation which doesn't contain the evening primrose oil????? Have any of you who flare with either soy products, vitamin e, evening primrose oil, etc., tried the Progesta cream? If yes, did you have endo flares or any other negative effects from Progesta cream or any other progesterone cream? Thanks to all who reply.
