Debate...I did not know there was one

Endo takes a toll on the body period. I do agree.

But the body being stressed out by the Endo can cause the bodys immunity to be less resistant to fight off illnesses. Stress itself can cause anyone to become sick and then Endo on top of that does not help.

Vitamins and supplements are a great way to help the body build up the immune system. Stress relievers...like taking a hot bath, going for a walk, curling up with a good book, Yoga, Accupuncture, or massage are great stress relievers and can help that body defend itself better. There are herbs, vitamins, aromathearpy, supplements, and numerous other ways to help the body not be so stressed. Stress can lead to anything from mono, CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome)which is the epstein-barr syndrome as well, and numerous illnesses.
