It should help the cyst problem and is certainly worth a try since it has no side effects. Definitely safe for pregnancy and may help make you more fertile. I use Pro-Gest (http://www.progest.com) but there are many others on the market, available in health food stores and on the web. Just make sure it has 450 to 500 mgs of progesterone per ounce of cream. And, no, wild yam is not the same thing in case someone tries to talk you into that. Also, on the pregnancy, if you do conceive, it wouldn't hurt to keep using the cream through the first trimester until your placenta is ready to take over. Good luck! BJ
