If you go to webmd.com you can search by state (and within a specified distance from your home), by specialty, by insurance type, by years of experience, and gender for a doc. You can search for "gynecologist" but not for endo only. However, once you create the list of gyns that meet your other criteria, you can then do a search on the ones that come up. Sometimes they provide a profile to webmd.com where they might list "endo" as their special interest. If any patients have provided a critique of the doctor to webmd, then they include that.

You might also try calling the medical schools in Texas (Baylor is one; does UT have one too?)I would be very willing to bet they can provide some names for endo specialists for you.Hope this helps.
