I was undxed so I got no pain relif. Stay off your feet, rest often, warm bathes, get a rub down, and expecially in later end LOTS OF HELP! My babies werent effected. It did make labor long. Alot of preterm labor and I tired easy. I quite getting pain about week 14 or so till about 32 wks. Try to avoid driving a clutch early and at all in the later. Also DONT lift anything heavier than a 5lb sack of flour. Try not to bend and squat again especially in later. And in the end of pregancy move around to avoid cramping in legs. Hint sometimes my contractions would stop if my hubby rub my feet and legs. Get a good pair of supportive shoes. Good Luck. Remember Its YOU feeling the pain NOT baby. As long as you dont strain your self bad and cause a preterm delivery, baby should be fine. Also very unplesent was kicking and wiggling. By the 28 wk I was tender at 36 weeks when my last one turned I hurt so bad I called my husband home. By the time he got there I had quite hurting. Just hang in there know that it wont be long and youll be holding a beutiful bunddle of joy. Also talk to your physican about what you can take. Good Luck!!! carol
