Actually, I had a similar experience when I got back on the bc pills (before I knew I had endo). What happened was the pill caused the endo to flare in the sacral region, but at the same time, it felt like the pill was trying to suppress the other estrogen in the body as I was experiencing the night sweats, but was flaring estrogen in the sacral/pelvic region (very strange).
