i just want to be honest with you. Hold on dearly to your mom. I have had problems since i was 13 and was diagnosed with endo at 22 im 24 i have inherited mine. Nobody can tell you all why you have it. Its one of lifes big mysteries where it came from. Its a giant secret hiding in your body waiting to attack us. I was on lupron and been on zillions of meds for as long as i can remember. Lupron im not going to lie sucks it makes you feel like crap the headaches and with mine my cramps never went away so they put me on provera with lupron and i gained a bunch of weight i have been off it for a year and i cannot lose the weight for nothing. And since your so young i will tell you something I worked two jobs and went full time college until i just about fell out, I had to drop out of college in my last semester. I am working now a full time job because i am lucky to have a four year old daughter but my pain is deciding to take me to a new level. I am so tired and feel bad now that to get out of bed is a chore in itself. Tell your mom when you are hurting and i know you may not want to worry her. and involve her in everything medical you go through i have not been able to live by myself since i have gotten so bad and please tell your doctor every side effect that is the only way you two can figure out what is right for you and do not be bullied into medicine you do not want. I have been with to many docs telling me to take something. Stand your ground. My mom is my best friend partly because hers almost took her out she had so many complications until they did hysterectomy but hyst is not right for everyone. I mean i wont let my doctor say that to me it peeves him off i want another child so bad me and my husband cant stand it. So in other words hang in there this is a good place to talk about your problems cause so many of us have been through hell and we can relate. marie my email is wonderwoman_91@yahoo.com if you need to talk.
