positive results due to changes in diet

Hello,

Thought I'd share a story on this topic with you all...

I cut out meat (I still eat fish) and caffeine about a month ago. I am also using soy milk in my cereal, and trying to reduce other forms of dairy, sugars, and salt. But, I haven't been really strict about those. So far, I have not been taking any herbs or supplements.

I have had really promising results. I did not have pain, but I did have significant bleeding almost every time I had sex (doctor said I had endo on the surface of my cervix). We have had sex about 5-6 times since I started the new diet, and I have had almost NO bleeding. I am really happy! I am remaining cautiously optimistic, though. I will need more data points (more sex, yeah!). LOL.

I also feel really good, and have found other positive benefits. For example: friends got food poisoning at a restaurant and I didn't b/c I ate tofu, easy to decide what I want to order at a restaurant, hopefully my cholesterol has come down (I had high cholesterol at my last checkup, but I haven't been back yet), etc, etc. ;)

Good luck to all of you! I hope you can also find some relief from your symptoms!

Hugs, Natalie
