Or the couch coshin works well too. Just tell hubby before he tries to sit the. LOL:) A pillow works. You want enough support that you dont feel like your wobling around. If your wobbling your going to start tensing up and straining, that will only make it hurt worse. try useing different hights and thickness. Find what works for you. Good luck i hope you find a little relief.
