Using progesterone with the pill is counter-productive to the treatment you have chosen as it may cause you to menstruate. Personally, I think all bc pills are poison and are the cause of many of the problems women are experiencing these days. The synthetic hormones used in them are messing up our natural hormone systems tremendously. So the short answer is don't use the cream if you are on bc pills. For women taking estrgen as part of hrt then the progesterone is a must (I don't care what the doctors will say!) to balance the estrogen. BJ
