First lap & dye - desperately need info

I've been to http://www.endo.org.uk but their message board is not working. I am due to have first lap & dye on Friday 17th May and would appreciate some advice. Firstly they have told me that despite taking the medication prescribed that my endo has spread from the left to the right and from the back through to the front as it is now on my bladder! JOY. They have told me that the ligaments which hold my womb in place feel puckered so it would explain why I have the pains in my legs. They have suggested that they may cut the ligaments to release the tension. I am unsure about this as surely they are there for a reason. Has anyone else had these cut or know anything about it? They are also going to blow my tubes in case of any blockages and give me a video of the operation so I can see what they did!!! I am fortunate to be covered by private healthcare due to the fact that my husband works for an American company so they have covered me for endo even though it was a pre-existing condition. I assume this is why I get a lovely video of my operation, v weird, but fascinating!

Would be very grateful for any information, and thank you to Kate (GP) who has really helped me get what I want.
