Clomid exacerbated by Endo pain. Even after I was cleaned out, I refused to go back on it. I was able to conceive on my own after being cleaned out. If the right doc removes the endo entirely and makes sure your tubes are not blocked and your ovaries are cyst free, you have a good chance of conceiving on your own (of course if your problem is not ovulating, you will probably need the clomid).
