I really recommend looking into hormone inbalance, specifically estrogen dominance. There is a lot of research that links that with the weight/bloating and depression and anxiety. Check out the website of http://www.johnleemd.com and anything you can find about natural progesterone. I've been hearing wonderful stories on the endonatural group (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/EndoNatural/).

good luck! amy
