Re: bizarre ultrasoundFrom: Ana (anonymous@obgyn.net)Sat May 11 11:15:47 2002
Hey hun, I have had many, many transvaginal ultrasounds and they have NEVER hurt, even when I was loaded with endo and cysts. Personal ?: Does it hurt when you have sex? That hurts for me a lot of the time. *HUGS* ~ANA
>----- Original Message ----- Greetings endo angels! Had to get another ultrasound done this week d/t unbelievable increase in pain level, last one was three months ago for the saemreason, the tech took one look (didn't even really do the scan) jumped up and said I want to see your old films, she then asked me to consent to a trans vaginal ultrasound after the abdominal one was finished; it hurt during and for all night afterwards, is this normal? should an ultrasound of any kind hurt that much after? there was a small growth identified back in Januarry, why would the tech react like that? I'm a clinical research coordinator so I know too much, my experiences both personal and professional tell me what's happening, have any of you had atest hurt that much both during and after? any and all responses profoundly appreciated
