Natalie, I have constant UTI's, my tests actually do come back positive for them though. I would say I have the UTI's more often then not. I do wonder if this is becuase of my endo. Go for the lap, if they find something they will be able to help (hopefully). *HUGS* ~ANA

Hi everyone,

I have an odd question.... I have had a problem the last two years with recurring urinary tract infections and constant symptoms of an infection... The last 4 times that my doctor has ordered a culture of my potty it has come back contaminated. What's weird is that it doesn't show an infection, however when they do a culture it comes back contaminated.... This afternoon I spoke with my doctor's office and they think that I should have another laporoscopy to determine what is causing this. She said that since I have been to a urologist and nothing was found out of the norm that maybe the endometriosis has gotten bad and this is what is causing the test to come back contaminated.... Have any of you ever heard of this before? It shocked me when she said it but I really don't feel like my doctor would want to do a lap if he didn't think I needed one.... he knows how I am about being stuck in bed in pain. What is your opinion of this... Do any of you have constant symptoms of a UTI/bladder infection? Please help me out..

Thanks, Natalie
