Mary!!! I want to again thank you for the great articles/websites! I've never before heard of the woohoo nor estronaut websites! Thank you for sharing this with us. That woohoo article was fantastic -- so much great (and for me, new) information. Looks like I need to cut down on my herbs lol -- I had no idea that so many of table spices we use in cooking on a daily basis are so estrogenic. I would be interested in lessening my estrogen and ? increasing my progesterone (or perhaps just decreasing the estrogen in my body would suffice) so that I can start having menstrual cycles (hopefully - *painfree* -- yes, I'm probably dreaming to use the word, painfree) -- endo is such a pain in every way.
