I'm sorry I don't have any particular knowledge so that I can advise you -- but I do know that for those suffering this condition who wish to pursue surgery would be best served by Drs. Reich and Redan in Pennsylvania. Drs. Reich and Redan are most knowledgeable re this condition and can perform the procedure laparoscopically. Their website is http://www.adlap.com
