Heather, Selisa, Teresa....it seems like soon we will need a new forum just for bathroom pain!!! I am not glad that any of us have this problem but it is nice to know that there are other people who understand. A frustrating aspect that remains I suppose is that none of our doctors have any solutions. I suppose if adhesions/scar tissue on our bladders are the cause of our pain, even hysterectomy would not bring releif. I have read that 2 self-help measures for endo in general are complete non-consumption of dairy products and maintenance of a healthy weight. Please let me know if you have heard of anything else.
