Hi Natalie and everybody, I also changed my diet and have been trying lots of natural remedies. And I have been doing good for about 16 months so far. I still have a bit of adhesion discomfort sometimes, but not quite a pain.. Natalie, I understand you got some books and you have probably done much reserch already, but I just list some addresses for the sites you might be interested. (I haven't checked some of them for a while and if some links didn't work, I'm sorry.) Please take care! Sincerely, Pep **Endo and natural approach message boards (huge amount of information and there are lots of people who USED TO suffer from endo and also who still suffer but much less etc.) http://groups.yahoo.com/group/endonatural http://groups.yahoo.com/group/FriendsForHealthNaturally **My home page - what I have been doing to lessen my symptoms.
