I was given depo provera about 5 days before my expected menstral cycle. The nurse did not give me a pregnacy test before hand. I found out I was pregnant 5 weeks after the depo, and at my ultrasound I was 6.9 weeks pregnant, 6.9 weeks after receiving the depo. They found no heartbeat and within days, my hormone level was decreasing. I am now waiting to have a miscarriage. If anyone could give me information on the effects of depo provera on a fetus, could you please help me out....thanks...
