Hi All, I have a wonderful gynecologist who has been a tremendous help throughout the onset of my endometriosis. However, she is a Nurse Practitioner and, since the pain is getting unbearable even with pain killers and my husband and I really are trying to get pregnant, it is time to find a MD. She is supportive and offering names, however there is no better recommendation that from another sufferer. Please, if anyone knows of a good endo doctor in the greater Washington DC area I would so appreciate the name! Preferably a doctor who is not afraid to really discuss option and ideas (I am a scientist and have been reading the medical journals/clinical trials info so am trying to stay up-to-date with any developments).
