Could I have endo? I was on the pill for a good 10 years. I went off it about year and a half ago and my period was still pretty regular almost like clockwork. I've been trying to get pregnant since June of 2001. This past month I didn't ovulate till the 21st of the month (I usually ovulate on the 14th and have a 28 day cycle). My period was a full week late and I had cramping for that whole week. This month the same thing happened - I ovulated on the 20th and was 5 days late w/cramping those 5 days. The first day of the period was painful and the 2nd night it woke me up at 3 and kept me up till 6 - still feel crampy (this is very unusual for me, I always had normal periods and could barely feel any pain). Could this be endo? I am going to see my OBGYN tomorrow to see what she thinkgs She has ordered a Histogram for me (this was 2 months ago), I just put it off but am now ready to have this done, do you think this is a wise decision?
