Re: endo and stress

Stress causes any pain to be worse. So yes, there is a connection. I know that the more stressed I am the worse I feel. You're body tenses when it is under stress - causing your muscles to tighten...which for me tends to be painful. I found that lighting candles and listening to calming sounds (for me its music or my dogs breathing when they are asleep :) )helps to calm my nerves a bit. Also laying on the heating pad during this is great. I usually lay down about 45 minutes before I want to go to sleep - this gives me time to unwind.

Good Luck on your upcoming wedding...I know the stress involved there (mine is in August!).
