At first I thought it was just an adhesion from the surgery but it grew and became very painful. I had it removed and it was found to be endometriosis which I had not been diagnosed with previously. I now have another one in the same spot, and now need to go back for more surgery. My suggestion is to ask your Dr. about the possibility if it gets bigger or more painful. I hope this is not the case for you and wish you luck with it.
