It did not show up in the Pap, but only after my doctor did a pinch biopsy on the area. That might be your situation. Read my post titled "cervical endometriosis" on April 26 for more info. Also, feel free to email me directly if you want to discuss. I don't have a lot of information, since I just received this diagnosis also.
