Pain in my belly

I have cysts on my ovaries as well. I'm already on birth control pills which don't seem to do anything. I had a cyst that was 5 inches and no one bothered to tell me. I found out last week when I went to the emergancy room for the 3 rd time in a week. I had another ultrasound that showed that it was a little bit smaller now. The doctor said they keep coming back on different ovaries and that there isn't anything they could do about it other then removing my ovaries.

I had a period of a year and half about 6 months ago where I would have my period literally every second day which spanned about 5 days. They tried everything they could and they couldn't get it to stop. I had a laproscopamy(SP?) and a hysterocopy(SP?) and they said all they could tell is that my womb is tender - whatever that is supposed to mean. Anyone, it just eventually stopped coming all the time, but then that was replaced me having cysts every month.

Yup, so now I have to live with 3 times a month with unbearable pain and a ton of bleeding and missing work so much that I'm probably going to get fired, because frankly my work doesn't care if I have doctors notes, they have a policy of 8 days per 6 months.

I'm getting so frustrated because no one is telling me anything or trying to help. I don't have a family doctor and there aren't any around here.

Anyone else getting the runaround like me??
