fluid vs. blood filled cyst

I have been struggling with pelvic pain, lower back pain, blood in my stool, irregular periods, and ovarian cysts for the last 2.5 years. I am 22.

My first symptoms were the pain and blood in my stool. The first doctor found a cyst on my right ovary that was surgically removed. This, however, did not take away my pain. I've seen seventeen doctors since then from gynos, to osteopath's, and g.i.'s. I had a second lap performed just 11 months after the removal of the cyst. In the operation, the doc found "inflamed" areas on my uterus, left ovary, and uterosacrel (sp???) ligaments. There was also "inflamed" tissue growing around my colon. The biopsies performed came out as "inflammation." The doctor then told me he was unable to help me.

Three days ago I was taken to the ER for a ruptured cyst on my right ovary. Does any of this sound familiar to anyone? I have yet to be diagnosed with anything. I believe I have endomitriosis. That's what my gut is telling me.

I was also wondering if there was a difference in a "fluid" filled, or "blood" filled cysts. The first cyst was twisted and had started bleeding. The doc said my pelvis was lined with this blood. The ER doc that looked at my ultrasound reports also said that the second cyst was blood filled. Is this any indication of endomitriosis? I know that they call the endo cysts "chocolate cysts" because they contain blood.

Anyone got any knowledge for me? Thanks so much!
