Well, personally I take Celexa for the anti-depressant effect. I have been taking for over 2 years and I haven't noticed any long term effects...I think it's one of the greatest anti-depressants there is....tried 4 and this one was the only one that worked for me. I am really glad that it is helping your pain, that is something I have never heard being used for pain....interesting!
