Worried, upset and need some help

Hey everyone, I hope everyone is pain free or if not, I hope that you will be soon. About two months ago or so I started taking an anti-anxiety/depressant known as celexa, my Dr put me on 20mg that is half of the normal dose. He prescribed it to me to see if it would help my chronic pain. It has to a point and I only get unbearable pains the two days before my periods now. Which I am thankful for. But has anyone else been on this pill what are the long term side effects. I know there is no cure for our pain hopefully there will be soon. I am not wanting to have surgery again because my endo is in places where scar tissue would form and has an 80% chance of coming back.

So I am asking if any of you have ever been on Celexa or something to that effect let me know how it helped you or how it didn't. I have tried cont. bcp and lupron and none of them helped my pain like the Celexa is doing. Please help. Thank you, I am worried about long term effects of this drug.
