Hi ladies,I am having surgery next month to remove endo in the cul-de-sac(previous diagnostic lap w/different doctor showed that was where the endo was)and am having a tube removed because it is damaged with fluid in it.My doctor is planning on doing just a laparoscopy but says she may have to do a laparotomy if she can't get it all through the lap,so my question is have any of you had endo in the cul-de-sac and it was removed through laparotomy?I have read that endo in that area is hard to remove through laparotomy, any thoughts? Thanks!
