endo, cysts and pregnant ,missing work,tampons and endo related?From: Caren (anonymous@obgyn.net)Thu Apr 25 09:41:56 2002
I am 29 years old and diagnosed with endometriosis for about 2 years now, not to long ago I found out I am pregnant(3 months). I have a cyst the size of a grapefruit and am going through so much pain, nausea,fatigue,stomach bloating and with the pregnancy symptoms I feel even worse. Now doctor said that I might have to go through another laprascopic surgery to remove the cyst and my baby might not make it. I am so scared of this. I already had 2 surgeries had lupron injections, birth control pill and not feeling any better. I got fired from my last job because of this disease and I think I am about to get fired again. I wonder if I can get disability for this disease? I cant go on like this anymore if anyone knows if I can please reply. Has anyone ever had the feeling that tampons might be the cause for endometriosis because I started getting these pains when I had just 1 1/2 years wearing them and I got such bad abdominal pain and the doctors did not know what was it I had.
