This will be my 4th surgery for endo. The last surgery I had was in Aug. 2001. Less than 2 months later I was already in pain. My Dr. started me on the Lupron shot. Over Easter weekend I had a three day period and then last weekend I started another one after my fifth shot. I still have one shot left. My Dr. is hoping that the combination of surgery and the shot will help to give me relief for at least a year, but he feels that I didn't respond to the shot. I am hopeful and doubtful at the same time. It seems like the more surgeries I have for this, the more scared I get. I'm 25 and have no children. I would like to have children before that option is taken away from me. That idea scares me the most. I hope everyone is well and I hope a speedy recovery for all sufferers of this disease!
