>small pillow or another towel to use... to help support your head and make
>sure its not too bulky or it will ruin the benefit of the exercise. Lay down
>and have the rolled or folder towel the length of your spine with your head
>supported on the small pillow or towel. Lay there still, when you are
>comfortably place on the rolled towel.. for anything from 20 minutes

>to your family or friends, this is a great way to try and make them
>understand..Visual is alot easier ..sometimes than showing them a book.

> We have all lost friendships through being chronically sick or in pain or
>both.Some of us have lost partners and husbands, through being chronically
