I am not sure what stage my endometriosis is because I live in the UK and I dont think it's graded in the same way here. I think it is moderately severe. Infortunately I never had any symptoms from itso only found out I had had it when we tried to have children. I had bilateral ovarian cysts. I have just finished an unsuccessful cycle of IVF. I developed quite a lot of follicels in response to the drugs but when it came to the egg collection there were only 2 eggs. I was told this can happen in ovarian endometriosis as the endometriosis damages the blood supply and affects the hormonal enviroment so the eggs dont develop well. I have also been told that the drugs in IVF can stimulate the endometriosis so if I try it again I may have a worse result. Everybody seems to say different things. It was suggested that if I take a suppressant drug for three months and then go into IVF it might work better but someone else says there is no good evidence that it does. I think the only thing you can do is try it and see how you respond but make sure you get lots of advice first
