Re: Irregular bleeding while on pillFrom: Ana (anonymous@obgyn.net)Sun Apr 14 17:28:14 2002
Being on continuous BCP made me extremely ill. It is not safe to do it for that long fromn what I understand.
>----- Original Message ----- I have been taking bcp's continously for about two and a half years. About a year ago I started to feel the abdominal pain and started to spot and break through bleed quite badly. So I was put on a higher dose of bcps and now I am even worse. I have the pain and bleeding everyday. Now my doctor thinks that my endo has spread (since I am experiencing pain when their is urine in my bladder and pain when I try to go to the bathroom. So my answer is that switching bcps does NOT work, it only makes matters worse. Now my idiot doctor is telling me that my only choice (after I go for my second lap. next month)is to go on Danazol. I hope that this helps you out. Sarah
