Re: Any and All please help regarding total hysterectomy removal of both ovaries and HRT

In reading your post, I didn't hear you complain of pain. Endo is a strange disease -- some have endo and experience severe pain as a result, others have endo and don't have any pain (they happened to learn of their endo as you did, while having surgery). So if you are fortunate enough to not experience pain with your endo, then I honestly don't know whether you should be concerned with it. Re the hrt, I have no knowledge on that subject, but perhaps some of the other women on this forum do. You could always ask the doctors on the sister site "womens health forum". I think "docs in 'the know'" prescribe both estrogen and progesterone for those hyst patients with a history of endo -- then again, they may do this for those who experience pain with endo. Since you complain of no/low sex drive, maybe both hormones would be a better fit for you -- ask the doctors on the sister forum (I have no medical education whatsoever lol).
